Warranty Plan

  • The TITAN Controller comes with a comprehensive 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty provides extensive coverage for:

  • Electronic component failures
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Software-related issues
  • Power handling components
  • Internal connections and wiring
  • Thermal management system
  • Bluetooth connectivity issues

What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Water damage beyond IP65 rating
  • Physical damage from accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from voltage exceeding specifications
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

Warranty Service Process

If you experience issues with your TITAN X Controller:

  • Contact technical support for initial troubleshooting
  • Submit warranty claim through your account
  • Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Ship product to our service center
  • Receive status updates via email
  • Product repaired or replaced within 5-7 business days
  • Return shipping provided for warranty claims
  • Keep your confirmation email for future reference.

Security

TITAN Controllers uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

However, TITAN Controllers is not responsible for any breach of security. If a TITAN X user knowingly provides personal information, such as a name or email address, in a forum or other public service, that user should be aware that the information provided can be collected and used by third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of TITAN Controllers.

We also strongly encourage you to keep your password and account information secure and confidential.
