What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Water damage beyond IP65 rating
  • Physical damage from accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from voltage exceeding specifications
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

Warranty Registration

Complete these steps within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty:

  • Create an account on our website
  • Register your product with the serial number
  • Upload your proof of purchase
  • Complete the registration form
  • Receive confirmation email
  • Keep your confirmation email for future reference.

Warranty Service Process

If you experience issues with your TITAN X1 Controller:

  • Contact technical support for initial troubleshooting
  • Submit warranty claim through your account
  • Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Ship product to our service center
  • Receive status updates via email
  • Product repaired or replaced within 5-7 business days
  • Return shipping provided for warranty claims
  • Keep your confirmation email for future reference.

However, TITAN Controllers is not responsible for any breach of security. If a TITAN X1 user knowingly provides personal information, such as a name or email address, in a forum or other public service, that user should be aware that the information provided can be collected and used by third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of TITAN Controllers.
